Avocado Salad

Chopped greens, fresh avocado, roasted corn, tomato, mixed cheese, and crispy tortilla strips, topped with a green salsa and avocado vinaigrette.

Seafood Empanada

Fajita seasoned shrimp, scallops and Manchego cheese in a fried empanada with cilantro lime sauce and green salsa.

Adobo Chicken

Chicken marinated in a chili-pepper based marinade and served with red salsa rice.

Chocolate Churro

A Bavarian cream filled churro topped with cinnamon and sugar and shaved Ancho chili and Mexican Hot Cocoa Chocolate shavings.
