COURSE 1

Cheese, Fruit and Nut Charcuterie

Edam, Gruyere, Manchego, grapes, Marcona almonds 

Paired with Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Blanc,

Paso Robles, California

Or 

Stuffed Dates 

Stuffed with Spanish chorizo, wrapped with bacon

and deep-fried, balsamic glaze 

Paired with Pedroncelli Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley, California

COURSE 2

Tomato Basil Soup

Rustic tomato soup with fresh basil

Paired with Ricossa Barbera Appassimento, Piedmont, Italy

Or

House Salad

Mixed greens, black olives, tomatoes, carrots, and Vermont

cheddar with Golden Vinaigrette

Paired with Rafael Tirado Laberinto Sauvignon Blanc,

Maule Valley, Chile

COURSE 3

Eggplant Caprese

Fried Eggplant round topped with fresh mozzarella, pesto,

romesco sauce and fresh basil

Paired with Antinori Tenuta Guado al Tasso

Vermentino di Bolgheri, Italy

Asparagus Tempura

Tempura battered asparagus with a soy glaze

Paired with Trimbach Gewürztraminer Alsace, France

 

COURSE 4

Pecan Crusted Salmon

 Seasoned and crusted salmon on mixed greens with

lemon zest vinaigrette 

Paired with Stags' Leap Winery Chardonnay, Napa Valley

Petit Chateau Steak

House seasoned petite chateau steak on polenta topped with a

creamy mushroom sauce 

Paired with Chateau Lassegue Les Cadrans de Lassegue,

Ancho Chile Chocolates paired with a Tawny port or coffee
